About Me

Hi, I’m Ashleigh! A commercial food photographer based just outside of Toronto, Canada. After many years in the fashion industry as a curve model and makeup artist, I found myself on the other side of the camera when I discovered food photography and fell into the career of my dreams. I never imagined baking for my husband and two daughters during lockdown would lead me to the creative career I had been searching for. Food is a never-ending source of inspiration for me. I get lost in the little details and find so much joy in showcasing the natural beauty of the food I photograph. I love creating crisp, clean images rich in texture and colour with bold shadows and sparkling highlights.
